Android 2.2 Froyo on HTC Dream

It seems that Android 2.2 Froyo is available in older handsets of HTC as well. So do not worry if you own an old one. If you have a HTC Dream then Android 2.2 is already available for you folks. XDA Developers Forum has hacked Android 2.2 Froyo on HTC Dream and surprisingly most of the features work fine.

With your Android 2.2 and HTC Dream it is now possible to access 3G network, LEDs and all other notifications are working fine. There are some issues with Wi-Fi, camera, flash, GPS and External Audio. These are all the real features which a phone must have.

Lets us wait and see how things go. There may be an official update soon or we may get the full hacked version soon as well.
