Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPhone 4G Update: Verizon iPhone 4G not in the immediate future says a Verizon Spokesman
It is almost confirmed that iPhone 4G will be revealed tomorrow by Steve at the WWDC 2010 conference scheduled in San Francisco. We were also expecting that Verizon iPhone 4G will get launched in the immediate future but a Verizon spokesman has dashed the hopes.
John Johnson, a Verizon spokesman said that “Verizon iPhone 4G is not possible in the immediate future”. This was said by him in the “D: All Things Digital” conference when he was interviewed by a Beet.TV editor. It is definitely a shock for the Verizon iPhone lovers but do not lose hope as he did not clearly say what immediate future is. We guess he would have mentioned the month of June but not sure.
So as if now iPhone 4G will run on AT&T’s 3G network. AT&T will test the 4GLTE network later this year. The crazy fastest phone has created fever among the smartphone lovers.
