Motorola Droid Customers to get Android 2.2 Froyo and Flash before Motorola Droid X Users
A leaked internal memo declared from Verizon Wireless suggests that the original Droid will receive Android 2.2 and Flash 10.1 support before its bigger brother Droid X receives it. The meme states that the late July is the target date for the Droid 2.2 update. Also it states that late August is the target date for Droid X.
The Droid owners have to wait for a whole month to receive the flash and Froyo while the Droid X owners have to sit with the Android 2.1. The Droid X owners console themselves with the fact that these dates are unconfirmed and it seems to be change often.
